Delete your PigDogRush account and data

This page applies to the PigDogRush game by PigDogRush.

How to delete your data

In the game: open Settings → Account → "Delete online data" and confirm.

Without the game: email support@pigdogrush.com with the subject "Delete account" and include your friend code or the email address linked to the game. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours.

We complete requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

• profile: name, friend code, country, age flag, email address and its hash;
• device data and sign-in tokens;
• run results, leaderboard places, friends list;
• cloud-saved progress.

What remains

• Progress on your phone stays there until you uninstall the game.
• Server backups are normally cleared within 30 days.
• Google handles advertising data under its own rules: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

Once deleted, online progress cannot be restored.
