PigDogRush Privacy Policy
Effective: 6 November 2026
This policy explains what data the PigDogRush mobile game and the pigdogrush.com website collect, why, and how you can control it.
Who is responsible
Data controller: Mykhailo Hladchenko, Ukraine. Contact: support@pigdogrush.com.
What we collect
The game works without registration. When online, it sends our server:
- Device data: a random installation ID, a security key (the server keeps only its hash), platform and game version.
- Player profile: a generated name, friend code, last sign-in time, and a child flag (yes or no).
- Country: a two-letter country code derived from the network request. It powers the country leaderboard, and you can hide it.
- Run results: track, vehicle, distance, time, metal earned, enemies and bosses, upgrades, weapons, perk, how the run ended, and a technical run summary.
- Email, only if you link one: we store the address in encrypted form together with its hash. The hash is used for sign-in, and only the administrator can see the address itself, to find your account and answer a support request. We send no newsletters or advertising to it. To send a sign-in code, the address passes through the email delivery service Mailgun (EU region). This feature is not available to players who enter a child's age on the age screen.
The birth year from the age screen stays on your device and is not sent to the server.
We do not collect your real name, your phone's contacts, photos or precise location. We do not store IP addresses in the game database. Network providers (Cloudflare and hosting) process them to deliver data.
Why we use it
- to run leaderboards and friends and to save progress;
- to move progress to another phone;
- to answer support requests;
- to detect cheating in leaderboards;
- to check that your game version works with the server;
- to show ads that cover the cost of running the game.
Legal bases in the EU and UK: performing our agreement with you (running the game), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, keeping the service working) and consent (personalised ads).
Ads
The game shows ads through Google AdMob. Google may use your device's advertising ID to show and measure ads. In the EU, UK and Switzerland we ask for consent to personalised ads, and you can change it in the settings. How Google uses data: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Children
The game is suitable for different ages and shows a neutral age screen on first launch. For children, ads are not personalised, the advertising ID is not transmitted, and no email can be linked. Parents can write to us to receive or delete a child's data.
Analytics
The game does not currently use third-party analytics services. The website sees only anonymous Cloudflare statistics. We will update this policy before adding analytics.
Where and how long
The server and backups are located in the EU (Hetzner, Finland and Germany). Google and Cloudflare may process data outside the EU under their contractual safeguards.
Profile and run data are kept until you delete them. The email address is deleted with the account, and also when you move it to another player or the profile becomes a child's. After deletion they normally leave our backups within 30 days. Game files on your phone may be included in your Google account's Android backup if it is turned on.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. To delete your data: https://pigdogrush.com/delete-account. For anything else, write to support@pigdogrush.com. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and tell you about important changes in the game.
