PigDogRush Terms of Service

Effective: 6 November 2026

These terms govern your use of the PigDogRush mobile game. By playing you accept them. If you are a child, please read them with a parent.

Who provides the game

The game is provided by Mykhailo Hladchenko, Ukraine (the developer PigDogRush on Google Play). Contact: support@pigdogrush.com.

The game

The game is free and contains ads. We give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to play it for non-commercial purposes. All rights in the game remain ours.

In-game items

Metal, wood, water, oil, vehicles, paints and gifts exist only in the game. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred for payment.

Fair play

Do not cheat on leaderboards, interfere with the game or its server, use automation, or use other people's accounts. For violations we may hide results, cancel gifts or restrict online features.

Online features

Leaderboards, friends and saves need the internet and may change or stop. We may require an update when an old version no longer works with the server. Data is handled under our privacy policy.

Liability

We work to keep the game running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss or loss of in-game progress. This does not limit your mandatory consumer rights.

Law and disputes

Ukrainian law applies. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep the mandatory rights of your country and may use its courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will announce important changes in the game, and the date above shows the current version.
